Spring Break Daily Tour
- Check- in at Mabel Cook Recruitment and Visitors Center, 524 University Dr, Maryville, MO, 64468
- Walking tour of campus with a current Northwest student. Come prepared with plenty of questions! (90 minutes).
- Academic Appointment: Select 'YES' if you'd like to meet with a faculty member or advisor. Details will be given at check-in on the day of your tour (usually within an hour after your campus tour; plan to spend extra time on campus).
- Admissions Overview: Meet with a Recruitment Coordinator one-on-one (15 minutes). Offered at the end of your tour or academic appointment at Mabel Cook Recruitment and Visitors Center. Learn about the admissions process and automatic scholarships. From navigating financial aid and FAFSA to helping you complete your housing application, and even mapping out the next steps, we’re here for you every step of the way!

Questions & Answers
This is a 90-minute walking tour, so please be sure to plan for the weather, and wear comfortable shoes! You'll be in and out of buildings throughout your visit.
What Do I Need To Bring With Me?
You don’t need to bring anything special — just yourself, and any questions you have. 1 meal pass per person will be provided, but If you want extra snacks or plan to shop at the Bearcat Shop, bringing a little spending money.
Can Additional Family and Friends Join My Tour?
Family and friends are welcome to experience Northwest with you. If your friend(s) are interested in visiting as potential student, please have them register for their visit, selecting the same date and time and note on both registrations that you'll be touring together.The form includes a section where you can add this. If registrations are full, just send us a quick email letting us know your friend will be joining you on tour, and include their first and last name.
Tour Group Size
Tour groups usually include your family and one other. We try to pair students with others who share similar academic interests, although groupings can vary by day. You will still visit your academic building, have your questions answered, and see the classrooms and spaces where you would take classes, as well as a couple of different residence halls. If you prefer an individual tour, please reach out and we will work together to find a date that works for both of us!
Plan for the Weather
Before leaving home, be sure to check the forecast for Maryville.Your safety is what matters most, so if travel conditions aren’t good, please feel free to reschedule your visit. We’ll be happy to find another time that works for you!
